This latest album is a call to worship our Faithful Lord - through prayer.
Our church in Hungary meets together twice a week for a time of congregational prayer. This opportunity has profoundly influenced my own personal perspective on and practice of prayer. As a result, the Lord began to impress upon my heart the desire to make this recording of songs of prayer. Its purpose is to challenge believers to think more seriously about His example and encouragement to pray. There are many types of prayer, beginning with the prayer of salvation. Then, as God teaches us to pray, we learn to praise, to confess, to ask, to intercede, and to submit to His will for our lives. As we mature spiritually, so does our conversation with the Lord. Hence, this album seeks to challenge every person to appreciate the many facets of personal communication with God.
In my own life, I can testify of countless answers to prayer over four decades of my walk with the Lord.
If you have never experienced the gift of eternal life in Christ, I challenge you to pray the prayer of faith and receive Him as your personal Savior. If you already have confidence of your redemption, I invite you to listen and to meditate upon these songs, hymns, and spiritual songs of prayer and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your soul about prayer in your life. Join with me and hide the words of these prayers in your heart to realize the greatness, compassion, and love of My Faithful Lord.
